The
three Belleair communities in Florida can be described as follows:
Belleair Beach, Florida is a two-mile-long
community with no commercial property. Beaches in the community are public,
but access is private. Belleair
Shores has a few condos along the Gulf.
Belleair Bluffs, FL is three-quarters of
a mile square bordering the Intracoastal Waterway with no frontage on the
Gulf. Property owners traditionally have been retirees, but recently
professional families have been moving into the community in larger numbers.
Belleair Bluffs has rather
expensive real estate along the Intracoastal waterways.
Belleair Shore is a small, private
residential community along the Gulf of Mexico. The town is dedicated to
preserving the quality of a quiet, residential life on the island.
Bellair Shores has many Gulf front
homes.
All three are quite communities just
south of Sand Key/Clearwater Beach and just north of Indian Rocks Beach.
